You are stronger than you think!

The 100 Ton Club!

We love a challenge! It all started with a crazy idea. Wouldn’t it be fun to log all of the weight we lift in workouts and set a goal to lift 100 tons? How many pounds is one ton? One ton equals about 2,205 pounds. So 100 tons equals 220,500 pounds. Basically, 100 tons is the weight of a Blue Whale… or the Space Shuttle!

How cool is that?!

Formula for logging weight lifted: (Weight) x (# of Reps) x (# of Sets) = Total lbs lifted. Example: 5 lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets = 75 lbs

Any exercise with weights is acceptable.

There is no time limit. You go at your own pace and lift as much and as often as you would like within your skill, safety, and comfort levels.

This challenge is about having fun. Logging what we lift and gaining a new respect for the weight of things. And bragging rights to say that we lifted 100 tons!
